Maximising Your Leadership PotentialMy customised leadership development programmes combine group masterclasses, individual or team coaching, and peer mentoring relationships. They usually last from six to nine months and are jointly created with the organisational sponsor.

It was fantastic to work with Zena to develop a hybrid working plan for my team of 50. Zena expertly guided my management team and I through all the noise around new ways of working. After our session with Zena we were able to design a structure for the working week that includes the perfect blend of intentional time for deep work and time for whole team collaboration that everyone is happy with.
